Waited two hours ....arrived 5 minutes before my stylist arrived.. unbelievable how slow this place is....it's everytime I come here

Got to Dunkirk location at 9:39 this morning store closed, 3 other guys pulled up while I stood there. Made a few other stops got back to the store at 10:49 store still closed. There was a young lady behind the counter saw me and gestured it would be a minute-she went to the backroom to put her stuff away then proceeded to try on numerous smocks and occasionally looking up to see if I was still standing there (32 degrees outside). Decided enough was enough so I left very upset with no haircut?????? Rating is zero had to select 1 to submit review.
